Fair Recycled & More

At Fair Recycled & More, recycling begins with repurposing textile materials that would otherwise be discarded as waste. By collecting virgin cotton cutting leftovers from factories across India, we contribute to reducing textile waste, which amounts to approximately 7.8 million tonnes annually in India alone.

Through advanced technology, we blend 60% recycled cotton with 40% recycled PET bottles to create new, durable yarn—achieved without water usage or harmful chemicals.

Every piece we create is a step toward a cleaner planet. By employing innovative recycling techniques and ethical production practices, we ensure our t-shirts and apparel not only look good but also feel good—both on your skin and in your conscience.

Eutrophication is the process where water bodies—such as lakes, rivers, or coastal areas—become overly enriched with nutrients, primarily nitrogen and phosphorus, leading to excessive growth of algae and aquatic plants. While this can occur naturally over time, human activities have significantly accelerated the process, a phenomenon known as cultural eutrophication.

At Fair Recycled & More, we mitigate this impact by implementing Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) wet processes. ZLD is an advanced wastewater treatment approach that ensures no liquid waste is discharged into the environment. By treating and recycling all wastewater within a closed-loop system, ZLD eliminates the release of pollutants that contribute to eutrophication.

In our operations, this means that from the moment cotton is collected for recycling to the creation of new products, no wastewater is released into natural water bodies. Every step is designed to prevent water pollution, ensuring our production processes are as environmentally responsible as possible.
